●Hydraulic system:With“Yuken” brand double proportional valve and directional valves, the flow and pressure of each movement could be adjusted on touch panel,machine running smoothly without impact,through the double vane pump,different actions run simultaneously,greatly improve production efficiency.
●PLC Control system:Combined with German automatic control technology and system, it adopts German Siemens PLC and Siemens touch screen control to make each action accurate and reliable, computer operation saves time and effort, easy operation with low failure rate.
●Vibration system:With Static and Dynamic vibration table,it is designed to ensure the amplitude of the vibration table, so as to ensure the high density of concrete products.
