Customized Mining Bucket
We design and manufacture buckets compatible with most excavators, covering a tonnage range from 100 to 800 tons and capacities of up to 40 cubic meters. Our bucket lineup includes both traditional designs and specialized two-piece bucket configurations. The latter consists of a reusable fixed upper structure paired with a consumable lower section. The lower bucket can be replaced quickly and efficiently during maintenance, thereby minimizing downtime.
Our buckets are suitable for a wide range of applications, from hard rock to coal mining, and can be customized to meet specifications, such as tip radius, pin center distance, and maximum suspended load.
We perform finite element analysis and EDEM modeling on all bucket designs. Our capabilities also include matching your bucket with existing on-site equipment, ensuring faster cycle times and optimized machine efficiency.
