Established in May 2008, Jining Tianhong Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. is the supplier of welding and coating solutions for Shandong Shantui Construction Machinery Welding Parts Co., Ltd. The company also provides services for excavator manufacturers like Komatsu Shantui, Komatsu Utility, Strong, Foton Lovol, Shantui Forklift, etc. The company mainly produces boom, arm, bucket, upper frame, lower frame, dozer blade, and counterparts, and the annual output is over 80, 000 pieces and the annual output value is over RMB 0.1 billion. 

The company has a team of over 300 employees, including 6 engineers, 10 senior coating operators, and 23 welding technicians, and all of them have passed the systematic training conducted by Shantui Welding Parts Co., Ltd. 

With workshops of 10, 000 m2, 10 sets of bucket welding positioners, 5 sets of bucket teeth welding positioners, 8 sets of CQ2 welders, 3 sets of numerically controlled raw material cutting machines, 3 sets of digital displayed boring machines, 3 sets of drill press, one set of moulding machine, one set of punching machine, and one shot-blast line, the company is capable of annual output of more than 8, 000 sets of buckets (6t~51t). With the full automatic paint-spraying line in the Coating Division, we adopt the world′s leading Komatsu coating technology and strictly process according to the production procedure of Komatsu headquarters to produce fine products that meet Komatsu standards, and our daily coating capacity is about 200 pieces.
