Recently, XCMG XR468F, the world’s largest tonnage rotary drilling rig, made its debut at the Guangzhou construction site.  

 

On its debut, XR468F lived up to expectations and achieved remarkable results. With the construction efficiency of completing a pile in an average of 24 hours, it won full marks from the engineers, operators and project supervisors at the site, and opened up the market with its strength.

XCMG XR468F rotary drilling rig is equipped with imported 15L Cummins high-pressure common rail engine, equipped with large-displacement main pump and large-flow main valve hydraulic system, which ensures the powerful output of hydraulic system and reaches the working device of drilling rod and drilling tool without any reservation, and the working efficiency is explosive; the power head has 490kN.m high torque, and carefully designed rock entry mode, infinitely variable speed, fixed speed cruise, visualization of drilling rod and other practical functions.

 

In addition, the main winch is equipped with ultra-long life reducer, 48 tons of large lifting force, using XCMG’s industry-leading single-row rope technology, effectively solving the problem of wire rope wear, increasing the service life of wire rope by 2-4 times; special telescopic crawler chassis, large-diameter heavy-duty swing support, double movable arm large parallelogram variable amplitude mechanism, direct backward tilting of the drill mast during transportation, one step ahead in speed, no longer afraid of transfer!
