Sino-Russian East Route Natural Gas Pipeline

The Sino-Russian East Route natural gas pipeline project spanning 8,000 kilometers from Eastern Siberia in Russia to China is the result of the strategic guidance and direct care and promotion of the two heads of state. It is hailed as a century-old project of Sino-Russian cooperation.

Daxing International Airport

As the top of the “Seven Wonders of the New World”, Beijing Daxing International Airport has the world’s largest single terminal and the largest comprehensive transportation hub. In the early stage of its construction, 200 XCMG cranes stood high on the site, responsible for the hoisting of the foundation steel frame, the overall steel structure, and the laying of underground pipelines.

Several XCMG XEP5010 pipelayers and medium and large tonnage excavators assisted in lifting and digging operations in Tianjin Dagang District, Shandong Dezhou and other places. Pipe layout, pipe arranging, beveling, and auxiliary welding, each action is fast and accurate .

In the Shuanglong section of Caofeidian, Tangshan, Hebei, the world’s largest tonnage horizontal directional drilling rig XCMG XZ13600 successfully completed a difficult crossing with a distance of 750 meters and a pipe diameter of 1422 mm. 

Ma’anshan Yangtze River Highway and Railway Bridge

As a key control project of Chaoma Intercity Railway, Ma’anshan Yangtze River Highway-Rail Bridge is a combination of super large-scale, super-large double main span, super-high tower, super-large-diameter bored piles, etc. It will set many world records after its completion.

The main pylon pier of the main channel bridge is the world’s first inland river to adopt a 4-meter super-large diameter pile group foundation.

The pile foundation construction is jointly constructed by the world’s largest tonnage rotary drilling rig XR800E and XCMG 55-ton large-tonnage rotary drilling rig, successfully driven the world’s first 4m super-large diameter pile group foundation was into the deep sea.

The Deep-Medium Corridor Project is a world-class cluster project of "bridges, islands, tunnels, and underground interconnections", and is a core hub project in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, including a 6.8-kilometer-long immersed tube tunnel.

Jingxiong Expressway

Jingxiong Expressway is a vertical expressway in the planning of Xiong’an New Area, which runs through the concept of intelligent innovation. The two inner lanes are dedicated for driverless driving. It is the first time in the world that "unmanned driving lanes" have been constructed by unmanned clusters.

On this highway, XCMG unmanned clusters have innovatively solved construction problems with excellent product performance and strong adaptability to multiple working conditions, and created the world’s largest unmanned cluster intelligent construction application. 

Jianning West Road Crossing the River Channel

The Jiangning West Road crossing is one of the three crossings under construction in Nanjing. The "Jianning" tunnel shield machine for the right line of the A2 section is 160 meters long and weighs 570 tons with only the cutter head.

With the cooperation of XCMG XGC400 crawler crane, XGC15000A completed the turning over and hoisting of the cutter head of the 15.5 m diameter "Jianning" shield machine, ensuring the key construction of the project.

2022 Beijing Winter Olympics Alpine Skiing Venue

The alpine skiing venue for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics is located in the Xiaohaituo mountainous area in Yanqing County, northwest of Beijing. On top of the knife-cut cliff, a Z-shaped construction road turns and circles, leading all the way to the highest mountain top working surface with an altitude of 2,175 meters.

A total of 7 ski trails are planned here, with a total length of 21 kilometers, a drop of about 900 meters, and the steep terrain. Conventional excavators cannot pass the work. Only the XCMG "Steel Mantis" walking excavator can perform at high altitudes at a slope of 45 degrees. 

The Danjiangkou Reservoir Bridge Created the World’s “Four Most”

The Danjiangkou Reservoir Bridge is a controlled project of Shixi Expressway, creating the world’s "four most": the world’s largest span partially anchored cable-stayed bridge, the world’s largest span steel-concrete composite cable-stayed bridge, and the world’s largest Axial rigid hinge application, the world's first application of orthotropic plate + UHPC composite bridge deck.
