Recently, XCMG’s complete set of port machinery batch delivery ceremony was held grandly. The XCMG heavy duty forklift trucks and offset tractors in colorful armor were neatly lined up and headed for Hong Kong to serve the high-quality development of its eco-friendly industrial chain.

 

It is understood that the port equipment is mainly used in three waste transfer stations in Hong Kong, through the loading and unloading of the heavy forklift and the transportation of the offset tractor, the compressed waste is transferred in the form of container, which can reduce the overall freight cost and greatly reduce the nuisance impact on traffic and the environment when the waste collection vehicle is walking on the road.

For the actual working condition of this waste transfer station, XCMG specially upgraded the technical solution of heavy-duty forklift truck and offset tractor, relying on environmental research in several regions, and carried out full equipment painting upgrade to overcome the influence of high salt and high humidity environment along the coast and avoid rusting of equipment from long-term operation.

 

In response to the pain points of narrow passages and difficult passage, XCMG especially optimizes the turning radius of the forklift truck, which can freely shuttle in the yard, reduce equipment adjustment time, improve work efficiency, and fully meet the operation of multiple types of yards.

 

The XCMG offset tractor can travel at 50km/h under heavy load conditions, ensuring a long range of 150km. The cab can be tilted forward and is equipped with air-suspended shock-absorbing seat, which is easy to maintain and improves driving comfort.
